1) How to Book

You can make a reservation by:

• Booking through our website
• Emailing us
• Calling or messaging us (WhatsApp)

When you book with us, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions for yourself and everyone in your group.

2) Payment Options

We accept:

• Bank transfer
• Credit card (Visa and Mastercard). Payment by credit card may incur additional credit card fees and other applicable charges. Please inquire in advance.

3) Booking Ahead (Availability)

We recommend booking your private guide at least 4 weeks in advance to secure availability. We are a small agency, and we have limited guide availability, especially in high season.

4) Cancellations and Fees

Cancellation fees are based on the total cost of your booking:

• 14 days or more before your tour date: No charge (0%)
• 13–10 days before your tour date: 30%
• 9–6 days before your tour date: 50%
• 5 days or less before your tour date (including no-shows): 100%

These cancellation fees cover our administrative and planning costs for your reservation and are not intended to be punitive.
